Dopplr direct on your iphone/ipodtouch

Dopplr has a nice new webclip icon to put on your iphone/ipodtouch

If you’ve updated your iphone/ipodtouch this week and can use the new ‘webclip’ feature, then go to http://m.dopplr.com and add Dopplr as a webclip to your homescreen. You’ll get a shiny little Dopplr logo and fast access to the service on the go.

    Thats not jailbroken, its the new 1.1.3 firmware and the add on options for the Touch (inc webclips).. I upgraded my iPhone to 1.1.3 and webclip’ed a gogo.. of course Dopplr was put on there on the second page of social networking and KM apps.. :)

    Hey there! Nice website and awesome programming skills. I am a volunteer for a recipe website. I really really love your HomeTown auto selection feature on http://www.dopplr.com/join. I want to add this for ingredients to prevent double data on the recipe website. I searched for days and I was not able to come with something as good as you guys. I tried a FULLTEXT index on MySQL and also SOUNDEX. How do you guys do it? Care to share to a fellow hobbyist programmer.
