The authoritative source is COMNAP (Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programs), which collects information from Antarctic Treaty nations as part of their treaty obligations. See their list at http://www.comnap.aq/facilities

Note that this list does not include the (only) private semi-permanent camp on the continent, the airfield at Patriot Hills, which is operated by a tourism business.
